A two storey extension on a lovely hillside location with views to adore, working for a lovely couple who have great vision for their new extension.

SM Construction have done a fabulous job for us. We had a vision 13 years ago when we moved into our house in Balmoak Lane, and now that vision has been realised, we are overjoyed with the outcome. It took several meetings with Simon for both sides to be happy with how the job would progress, before signing the contract. The extension was finished well on time and to a good standard. In Simon's words, there are no such things as problems, only solutions. A man to his word. Thanks to Simon and his team, we would recommend SM Construction to anyone (we have already). His team were effficient and courteous and it was a pleasure to have them around the house for a few weeks. Once again thanks for a wonderful build.
